These terms govern your use of modeldna.ai (the “Site”), operated by RadicalNotion.AI, Inc.(“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
What the Site is
modeldna.ai is a marketing site that describes ModelDNA, a free tool for screening the architecture of AI models published on HuggingFace. The actual scanner runs on a separate HuggingFace Space: https://huggingface.co/spaces/RadicalNotionAI/modeldna. Use of the scanner itself is governed by HuggingFace's terms in addition to ours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated responsible-disclosure process (email us first);
- scrape the Site for the purpose of building a competing product, or mirror it in a way that misrepresents the source;
- use the Site or its content to violate any applicable law.
What ModelDNA does and does not do
ModelDNA performs architectural screening of AI models based on their published configuration. It is intended to help developers and platform teams understand model provenance and lineage. ModelDNA does not:
- detect backdoors, malware, or security vulnerabilities;
- provide cryptographic proof of ownership or legal evidence of model theft;
- guarantee that any classification is correct in any given case.
Results are statistical and informational. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
No warranty
The Site and the free Stage 1 scanner are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadicalNotion.AI, Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or the free scanner is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Intellectual property
The Site's code, design, copy, and the “ModelDNA,” “ModelAtlas,” and “RadicalNotion” names and marks are owned by RadicalNotion.AI, Inc. Reference to third-party organizations and model names (Meta, Qwen, Mistral, etc.) on the Site is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
Paid plans
The terms on this page cover the free, public marketing Site and the free Stage 1 scanner. Paid plans (Pro, Custom) are governed by a separate subscription or master services agreement you'll receive before billing begins. Until then, this page is the operative agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll bump the “Last updated” date above. Material changes that affect rights you already have will get more visible notice (a banner or an email to paid customers).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
